'Keep space social rank until 2020'

Esa boss wants a result in 2010 on an extension of the life of the Foreign Space Social rank. At the minute, no programme for its use nor some financing has been put in place to support the papers beyond 2015. The ISS project is a business organisation of five - the US, Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic, Accumulation, Lacquerware and Canada.
