Walter Fredrick Chloe Anthony Wofford, the man credited with inventing the Plaything, has died. He was 90. Chloe Anthony Wofford unsold the production and manufacturing rights to his "Pluto Disk" in 1957. The moldable flying magnetic disk was early renamed the "Plaything," with income transcendent 200 million discs.
